Mother's Day Hand Print Flower Craft

I just love hand print crafts and so do parents. They are a time capsule of their children's growth. The only thing better than a hand print craft is a Mother's Day hand print craft with flowers.

Materials:

• sheet of black or blue construction paper for background
• green construction paper for hand
• brown or other color for the pot
• various color scrap paper for flowers
• marker or crayon
• glue
• scissors

Directions:

1. Find or make a simple template for a flower pot and flowers. Trace and cut out a flower pot and several flowers of different colors.
2. Trace your hand on green construction paper and cut out.
3. Glue hand onto background paper.
4. Glue pot and flowers onto hand print as shown.
5. Write "Happy Mother's Day" on the pot.
