Butterfly Toilet Roll Craft

Here's a simple butterfly craft made from a toilet paper roll.

Materials:

• toilet paper roll
• black paint or black paper
• card stock
• crayons
• scissors
• spangles or sequins
• google eyes
• pipe cleaner
• glue

Directions:

1. Paint a toilet paper roll black or wrap and glue on black paper.
2. Use the template from the link below to cut out the butterfly wings from card stock or draw your own. The wings are basically 2 "B" shapes stuck back to back.
3. Decorate the wings with crayons and glue on sequins for accents.
4. Glue the toilet paper roll body to the wings.
5. Glue on google eyes and add a face.
6. Cut 2 tiny antennae and glue or tape to the top of your butterfly.
