Sunflower Seeds Paper Plate Flower Craft

Here's a pretty sunflower craft using real seeds and a paper plate.

Materials:

• paper plate
• sunflower seeds
• yellow construction paper
• pencil
• scissors
• white craft glue

Directions:

1. Pour glue all over the center of a paper plate and cover with sunflower seeds. Allow to dry.
2. Pre-cut simple petal shapes from yellow paper or let students cut them out.
3. Glue the petals around the rim of the paper plate.

Variation:
Cut out eyes, nose, and a mouth and glue on a face.
