- scissors
- contact paper
- card stock
- sun template
- red, orange, and yellow tissue paper
- Print out the circle and triangle templates or make your own. Trace and cut out from card stock. You need 1 circle and 6 triangles.
- Cut a large piece of contact paper. Peel off the backing and place the circle in the middle of the sticky side. Place the triangles around the circle.
- Cut the tissue paper into 1 inch squares. Completely cover the sun. If they stick out over the edges, don't worry, you'll cut those off later.
- Cut and peel off a second sheet of contact paper and sandwich on top of the sun. Smooth out.
- Cut the sun out of the contact paper. Stick to the window or punch a hole and hang on a string.
